Divisions:
U6 - Learn to Play (Ages 3–6): This beginner-friendly program introduces young players to the fundamentals of ball hockey through simple drills, guided instruction, and active play. Each session focuses on building confidence, coordination, and basic skills in a fun, supportive environment. Learn to Play is the perfect starting point for children who are brand new to the sport and eager to learn the basics.
U6 - 4 vs 4 (Ages 4-6): This program is designed for young players aged 4 to 6 who are ready to take the next step beyond Learn to Play. This program introduces children to the structure of real ball hockey games while continuing to build core skills in a fun, encouraging environment. Each session combines focused skill development (15 minutes) with an age-appropriate, half-rink 4 vs 4 game (45 minutes), giving players the chance to apply the skills they are learning immediately. Participants in this program should have completed one year of our Learn to Play program or have played ice hockey previously.
Girls Division - This year, we’re excited to introduce girls-only divisions in both Learn to Play and U8/10/12! Our goal is to continue growing the sport and creating more opportunities for girls to get involved and stay involved. With so many young girls already participating in Learn to Play, we hope to see them continue into our House League programs as well. Please note that if registration numbers aren’t high enough to form a dedicated girls division, those players will be placed in the co-ed league.
House League (Ages 7–18): This recreational program welcomes players of every skill level and focuses on fun, teamwork, and developing the fundamentals through weekly games. Coaches create an inclusive, positive atmosphere where athletes can grow their skills, make friends, and compete in balanced, age-appropriate divisions. Whether your child is new to the game or has years of experience, House League delivers fast action, fair play, and a great time. Divisions are typically grouped in two-year increments and may be adjusted depending on registration.
Rep/Competitive Ball Hockey Program: Offers a fast-paced, competitive experience for players looking to take their game to the next level. Teams register as a group and compete in a weeknight (or weekend, depending on arena availability) schedule against top talent from across the region. Starting after the May Long Weekend, each team is guaranteed 4–5 games, with standings determining advancement and qualification for the Provincial Championships. This program is designed for dedicated athletes who want high-intensity play, intense team competition, and the chance to earn their spot on the provincial stage. Please send us an email if you are interested in registering in this program!
